How do I book a ride?You can schedule a ride by clicking “Request a Ride” on our homepage or calling us directly at 971-344-5446.

What areas do you serve?We currently operate in Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas.

What are your hours of operation?We operate daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Rides on weekends, holidays, or outside these hours incur an additional charge.

Do you provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles?Yes, we have ADA-compliant vans equipped with ramps for wheelchair access.

How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking as early as possible. Advance notice allows us to schedule your ride efficiently and ensure timely, reliable service.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: 50% refund Cancellations within 24 hours: non-refundable

Do you accept insurance?We are a private-pay only service and do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards. No checks, please.
